i have an hobby Auto repair and restoration .have about 10 vehicals which i'm not ready to part with.about 4yrs ago the streers of sanitation supt.begain giving me ultimatums about what i must do about my hobby and my (junk) cars.i have filed three harrasment complaints with the city of chicago inspector general..only to be falsely accused of operating an autorepair shop ...they are manipulating the business law and statutes against me violating my constitutional right to exercise a hobby within the law ...16ward ald and her streets of sanitation supt. are true tyrants and will lie about an issue right in front of your face...this is the first time i have seen pure manipulation on this level ....need a fighting lawyer
